I really enjoyed taking Bulgakov’s novel around with me this August. It was such a smart, witty, provocative and pictorial companion to walk me through my summer days. Book Club: The Master & Margarita Q&A

Hi guys! How have you been? I hope you’re all enjoying your Summer!

How are you finding our August Book Club Pick? Has anyone managed to read up to chapter 19 of The Master and Margarita? How are you liking the plot? I must admit that I’m finding it a bit of a harder read than I firstly anticipated, but a very intriguing one indeed!

There are so many characters and so many different situations happening at the same time, that I sometimes have to go back and re-read through old chapters to make sure I am still following properly and still staying on track! Book Club: Our Next Read Is…

Hi guys! As promised I am back and on track!

I am so incredibly happy to announce our August Book Club read: Mikhail Bulgakov’s classic The Master and Margarita. I’ve been wanting to read this book for approximately 13 years, as almost everyone I look up to in my life, has truthfully told me this is probably the best book they have ever read. Don’t ask me why it took me so long to get to it, as I honestly wouldn’t know the answer. But let’s leave that in the past, and focus on the present; the only thing that matters now, is that I’ll finally get the chance to read this gem, and hopefully share this magical experience with many of you guys.  Continue reading “Book Club: Our Next Read Is…”
